I'm coming up to my one year point in taking Kollo. I had started on another brand of liquid collagen a few months before I started this one. (The vile tasting one).

I wanted this to help with my joint pain. I've not really noticed much difference but since then I've been told that it is Arthritis anyway.

However, I have seen an improved quality in my hair. My nails grow a little faster. My skin, I would've loved to see miracles with, but I think my lines are slightly less deep.

Overall, who knows if this collagen is doing anything my body wouldn't be doing otherwise on HRT, Glucosamine supplements and a good multivitamin.
