Rewards FAQ's

  • How do I sign up to the VIP platform?

    If you created a Kollo account on your initial purchase, you will just need to log in with these details. If you don’t have an account set up yet you can register here https://kollohealth.com/account/register or ask our customer care team for an activation email.

  • Why should I become a VIP member?

    You can earn points and exclusive rewards every time you shop and in so many other ways! Scroll up to see our ‘Ways to earn points’.

  • Where can I see the points I’ve earned?

    Once you’ve logged in with your details on the VIP page and see a greeting message, just scroll down to see ‘How to use your points’. This is where you’ll see all the points you’ve earned.

  • How do I redeem the points I’ve earned?

    Ensure you are logged in, select the point amount you wish to redeem and click 'Redeem My Points' for a code to be generated. If you're on a mobile device, you'll need to scroll from right to left to see the different points you could deduct and then click 'Redeem'. If you have enough, you can redeem up to £40 worth of points!

    Once you've done this, you'll be given a unique code to copy and you'll then need to follow the below steps: 

    1) Go to the top of the page and click on your 'Account' and then select the 'Subscriptions' tab. 

    2) Click 'Subscription #1' and then 'Your plan'. 

    3) Scroll down and click 'Add discount', then paste your unique code in and click 'Apply discount'. 

    A pop up message should appear to say you did this successfully and the amount will then be deducted on your next charge. 

  • I’ve got more than one discount code redeemed, can I use them all?

    Unfortunately, only one code can be used per subscription charge so codes cannot be stacked. We recommend redeeming the highest amount you can to fully take advantage of your discount!

  • I’ve added a higher discount amount than my subscription amount, will this discount move across to my next charge?

    The system doesn’t move the remaining amount of your discount across. So if your discount is higher than your usual charge, you might want to change to a different subscription so you don’t lose out on benefitting from the full discount amount.

  • Can I refer a friend?

    Of course! To be able to refer a friend, you must log in to the Rewards page (otherwise the system will not register that it was you who referred your friend!). Once logged in, scroll down to the very bottom. This is where you'll need to enter your friend's email address or share the link with them. They must click on the link so that they'll be given your code to use at the checkout! When your friend has made a subscription purchase with your code, this will show as a successful referral within your VIP account. You'll notice that you have earned 200 points from doing this and your friend will get £20 off their first charge. *Codes can only be used on our 28/84 or 165 day subscriptions*
