I am into my second month and so far I have noticed that having diverticular I always needed the help of laxatives and since taking Kollo I have been very regular.
I am 52 and few people have commented on my face but I haven't noticed anything yet. Although, the main reason I started taking it because I have been om tamoxifen for 5 years (drug to prevent breast cancer coming back) and I don't know yet I have started my natural menopause, so I thought collagen would help with joints etc specially as a runner too! I was holding out great hopes for this to improve my skin, hair and nails - or any one of those things! Sadly, after over 4 months of taking the collagen I have seen no improvements to skin, hair or nails. Can't afford to continue with a product that has shown me no benefits, so have cancelled my subscription.
