So I realised that I haven’t updated you on the @kollohealth collagen!
The biggest and most obvious change I’ve noticed is my aching joints have more or less disappeared. No more getting out of bed in the morning and feeling stiff and achy. Also, I think I have been recovering from my workouts at the gym quicker too.
Another benefit that I didn’t know about until I started taking it, was it suppresses your appetite. Don’t worry, not a huge amount, just enough to make you feel full a bit quicker. I think this is because there is 9.5g of protein per sachet. I see this as a bonus, others may not.
It tastes good too, I sometimes have it with water or just on its own and there is no fishy taste.
So far, I’m happy with these results and will carry on taking it! Hopefully it will stave off the autumn dry skin problem🤞🤞
