Delivery

Orders are not dispatched at weekends or on bank holidays. During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay to your order, we'll contact you by email or phone.

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

Next-business-day delivery applies to UK addresses. We ship within the UK and worldwide, and delivery times can occasionally vary. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Kollo Health is not responsible for any customs charges or taxes on international orders. If your order arrives damaged, please email info@kollohealth.com and keep all packaging so we can help put it right.

Returns and refunds

Because our supplements are food products, we're unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. This is for safety and hygiene reasons.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to let us know if there's an issue. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first.

If your product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, email info@kollohealth.com with your order details and photos and we'll let you know the next steps. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Return postage is your responsibility unless we've made an error, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Subscriptions and cancellation

If you subscribe, we send a reminder email three days before each order is processed and payment is taken. You can cancel anytime from your account, or by emailing info@kollohealth.com and we'll do it for you.

To stop your next order, please cancel by 7am GMT on the day it's due to be processed. Cancellations made after 7am GMT may not take effect until the following day, by which point that order may already have been processed and dispatched.

Your statutory cooling-off rights still apply.
