What vitamins should I take every day?

What vitamins should I take every day? Most of us don't get the full range of vitamins that we should have in our diet and lifestyle. If you think that you might need to take more vitamins, here is the lowdown of some important ones to consider. Vitamin D Vitamin D is an important vitamin that protects our bone health and immune system as well as our mental health. People in colder countries, such as the UK, should take vitamin D. Because we don't see the sun as much as many countries in the world, we often have inadequate supplies of vitamin D within our bodies. Therefore, taking a daily supplement of vitamin D can be very beneficial in keeping us healthy. Vitamin B12 If you don't eat meat, animal products or food fortified with B12 (such as vegan cheese or milk), you may need to take a supplement. B12 is naturally found in soil, but as animals are supplemented with them, non-vegan diets often have sufficient levels of B12. If you need to take a vitamin B12 supplement, try Kollo, which has lots of other health benefits as well. Vitamin C Most people should have adequate levels of vitamin C from their diet. However, if you want to give your immune system a boost or temporarily have a diet with less vitamin C than ideal (for example, if you are travelling and are unable to access your normal foods), taking a vitamin C supplement may be a good idea. Kollo also contains vitamin C. Collagen For older people, particularly those who are going through the menopause, taking collagen could be beneficial for both health and cosmetic reasons. The body stops making collagen after a certain age, so many older people find it beneficial to take a supplement. However, it's not just older people who should take collagen. Having higher levels of collagen could also help acne, improve your hair strength, and the appearance of stretch marks. Kollo is not just a collagen supplement, it also contains plenty of other vitamins and amino acids to keep your body healthy! As you can see, Kollo can be used as a useful multivitamin to ensure that you are getting all of the nutrients that your body needs.
