Our products can be purchased as a one-off purchase or by subscription.

Our ' One Time Purchase' option allows you to try Kollo as a one off and therefore no recurring charge will take place like our subscription options.

If you chose to buy our products and engage our service as 14 or 28 day subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to your express written cancellation. Your subscription will renew every 14/28 days or 3/6 months depending on the subscription you purchase. This is to avoid any interruptions in supply due to postage/courier delays.

If 14 sachets are delivered every 14 days, this means that if Royal Mail are 1 day late delivering your second order, you will miss a day of consuming our product (based on 1 sachet per day).

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account on our Site.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account on our Site. Alternatively, you can cancel by emailing us at info@kollohealth.com or messaging us on Facebook messenger and Instagram and we will do it for you. We recommend you do this before an upcoming charge is processed. Your subscription will terminate on the day that you cancel.  Any cancellation request submitted after a charge is processed will mean your subscription is cancelled but your order is not.

Every effort will be made by to cancel your subscription on the same day you cancel your subscription with us,  however, if you make your cancellation after 6am, your order may have already been processed and left our warehouse and therefore you will have to pay for the product and order dispatched. 

We automatically send out email/text reminders 3 (three) days before each upcoming order is processed and payment is taken. 

The above cancellation rights do not affect your right to cancel under the statutory cooling-off period.

We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time as a result of a violation of these Terms or our Privacy Policy. Membership is void where prohibited by law. All subscriptions are non-binding and can be cancelled anytime.

  • Where can I make edits to my subscription?

    You can log in to your Kollo account and skip an individual subscription charge by going to your "Manage Subscription“ section. You can also change the next ship date, quantity, or payment and billing information. Don’t forget to click save!

  • Will I get notified?

    Yes. If you added a phone number when you purchased with us, we'll send several text messages 3 days prior to your charge as well as email reminders which may go into your spam or junk folder.

  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

    Yes of course. You can cancel at any time from your side of your account within the "Manage Subscription" section or by contacting us. We recommend doing this before an upcoming charge is processed if you do not wish to receive any more orders.

  • What subscriptions does Kollo offer?

    - ‘14 Days Supply’ subscription £29.87 (one box containing 14 sachets charged every fortnight as a recurring charge) Saves 17% off the one-time purchase price (£29.87 per box).

    - ‘28 Days Supply’ subscription £59.74 (2 boxes which equate to 28 sachets charged every 28 days as a recurring charge) Saves 17% off the one-time purchase price (£29.87 per box).

  • Can I change the frequency of my charges?

    You can have the frequency of when you would like to be charged, however you like. For instance, if you wish to receive Kollo on a specific date of each month, you can let us know and we'll set this up so it suits you.

  • Is there free shipping?

    Yes. All orders are free shipping - if you wish to pay for special delivery, you can pay for this at the checkout but please also contact us with your order number so it's not missed. Please note, orders are shipped same day excluding weekends and bank holidays.

  • When will I receive my order?

    We send our 14/28 day subscriptions via Royal Mail which should reach you within 2 to 5 working days*. We send our 3/6 month subscriptions via DHL which should be with you within 1 to 2 working days*. Please note, this is a guide and it may differ if affected by strikes/delays or holiday occasions. Orders are shipped same day excluding weekends and bank holidays.
