I can't say I've noticed any improvement as yet but I don't take it daily due to the high cost. I have opted to take it every other day so I guess any benefit will take longer to recognise. I cannot take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, so instead I mix it with water or fresh orange juice and have with my evening meal. The taste is ok, although it would be better if it didn't need added sweetener.

Before taking kollo collagen I was attending a physio for painful hips I could hardly walk down stairs in mornings am going through menopause and because of medical reasons I cannot take HRT. I have definitely noticed an improvement to my skin. The best compliment I’ve had, from my sister (IYKYK), is that my double chin is less noticeable…. I was happy with that! My nails and hair also seem to grow faster and stronger. For me the biggest difference is that I notice not feeling as great on the days I forget to take it or miss a dose for whatever reason. Which really helps with consistency! However, I have to say I’m not a fan of the flavour…. I find mixing it in apple juice the most palatable. Hence not giving the full 5 stars, but it’s more like a 4.75 to be honest!
