4 tips for living a healthier lifestyle

There are many reasons why you may want to live a healthier lifestyle, such as to lose weight or to improve your mental wellbeing. 1. Find an exercise you love

If you hate running but try to force yourself to run every day, you will soon give up on exercise altogether. 2. Start your day the right way
