Flex+: Take two dual capsules daily with food.
Marine Collagen Powder: Mix one serving (10.1g) daily with approximately 200ml of water, juice, smoothie, tea or coffee. Stir well until fully dissolved.
Both can be taken at the same time or separately — whatever fits your routine.
Flex+ is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It uses plant-based capsule shells (HPMC) and algae-derived Vitamin D3. No animal-derived ingredients are used. Contains no allergens listed under Annex II of EU Regulation 1169/2011. GMO-free, non-irradiated and free from TSE/BSE substances.

I'm now at the 4-month stage of taking kollo daily and my neck discomfort is improving. As a 44 year old getting told you have arthritis is pretty annoying but it's been the kick I needed to take action, and Kollo has been a big part of my plans. It will be a forever part of the morning routine.
