Orders are not dispatched at weekends or on bank holidays. During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay to your order, we'll contact you by email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

Next-business-day delivery applies to UK addresses. We ship within the UK and worldwide, and delivery times can occasionally vary.
Shipment confirmation and tracking
You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties and taxes
Kollo Health is not responsible for any customs charges or taxes applied to international orders. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or lost in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@kollohealth.com and keep all packaging and the affected products so we can help put it right.
