Refund Policy

Because our supplements are food products, we're unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. This is for safety and hygiene reasons.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to let us know if there's an issue. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first.

Refunds

If your product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please email info@kollohealth.com with your order details and photos, and we'll let you know the next steps.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few days to process it.

Sale items

Sale items can't be refunded unless they're faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

We only exchange items that are faulty or damaged. Email info@kollohealth.com first, then send approved returns to:

Returns and postage

For approved returns, please send the product to the address above. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless we've made an error, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
