Your credits automatically build up in your Kollo account. You can choose to use them on your next order by simply 'toggling' them on, or save them for later. We’ll let you know ahead of your upcoming charge, so that you can apply your credits easily.

When credits are applied, you’ll enjoy extra savings on your subscription. You can also earn additional credits by referring friends. Each successful referral gives your friend £10 off their first order, and £10 in credits for you as a 'thank you'.
