    How does the Refer a Friend scheme work?

    Share your unique referral link found in your Kollo account. When someone places their first subscription order through your link, they'll get £10 off and you'll earn £10 in credits as a result.

    What Kollo Reward benefits do I get?

    As you move through each tier, the benefits and rewards will grow. These will include cashback credits, exclusive offers, early access to product launches, free gifts, and more.

    How many cashback credits will I get?

    You earn credits every time your subscription goes through, and this will be determined by the rewards tier you're in. Credits can be redeemed against an upcoming charge within your account dashboard.

    How are the tiers determined?

    The tier you're on is based on your ongoing activity with Kollo. As you continue your routine and reach certain thresholds, you’ll automatically move up and unlock more benefits.

    Do my credits expire?

    Credits expire 12 months from the date they’re issued, or if you cancel your subscription. When this happens, your Kollo Rewards programme will reset to the first tier - so consistency really does pay.
