Meet our dietitian
Scarlett Gray
Accredited Practising Dietitian. Sports dietitian to elite NRL athletes. Credentialed eating disorder clinician. And the expert eye behind Kollo Health's evidence-led guides.
Every Kollo guide Scarlett writes or reviews is checked against current nutrition science - so what you read reflects the evidence, not the hype.
Why a dietitian, not a nutritionist
Anyone can call themselves a nutritionist - the title is unprotected. Dietitian is different: it is a regulated title that can only be used by university-qualified, accredited practitioners.
Scarlett is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with Dietitians Australia (registration APD200526), an Accredited Sports Dietitian with Sports Dietitians Australia, and a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with ANZAED.
Scarlett's journey
How Scarlett works with Kollo
Scarlett writes and reviews Kollo Health's guides across the topics our customers ask about most. Articles she has reviewed carry a dated "Reviewed by" note linking back to this page - so you always know when an expert last checked what you are reading.
Her sports background matters here: elite athletes cannot afford supplements that do not work, and that same standard of evidence applies to every Kollo guide. Her clinical work in women's health, menopause and gut health maps directly onto the questions Kollo customers ask every day.
