Meet Libby Stevenson
I’ve been taking Kollo for a couple of years and there is no going back for me. It makes my skin radiate with health and my hair grows thick and lush. I’ve noticed my energy levels are better for it too.

Meet Libby Stevenson
Some of the most inspiring stories in the Kollo community are about people who chose to start something new later in life — proving that a new chapter, a new career, or a new daily practice doesn't have an expiry date. Today we'd like to introduce you to Libby Stevenson, one of our UK ambassadors and a yoga instructor who trained in her late 50s.
Hi! My name is Libby and I am a yoga instructor. I became a yoga instructor in my late 50's as a way to invest my free time once my 4 children started leaving home. Contrary to popular belief, you can start yoga at any age with little flexibility and ability. I did and now, at the age of 60, I teach it.
I've been taking Kollo for a couple of years and there is no going back for me. It makes my skin radiate with health and my hair grows thick and lush. I've noticed my energy levels are better for it too.
I've tried other collagen products but they either smelled fishy or didn't taste good. Kollo has a pleasant fruity scent and the flavour reminds me of passion fruit juice. The natural process of ageing negatively affects my skin and hair but I feel Kollo gives them the nutritional support they need to look their best. And that's what all women want: to look and feel their best whatever their age.
Drinking Kollo has become part of my self care routine. Every evening, I make drinking it my special time of day by mixing it in a cocktail glass with plain, sparkling or tonic water over crushed ice. Sometimes I add a wedge of lemon and a cocktail umbrella! Drinking Kollo is the part of my day that I look forward to with pleasure.

Why we love working with Libby
Libby represents something we care about deeply at Kollo — the idea that wellness isn't age-restricted, and that building routines you actually enjoy is more sustainable than any regime that feels like a chore. Her cocktail-glass evening ritual is proof that the way you take a supplement matters as much as the supplement itself: if it becomes something you look forward to, you're more likely to stick with it. That's the honest secret behind consistency — the daily habit that actually happens because it fits into your life.
What we especially admire about Libby is her generosity in sharing her later-chapter journey. She's shown her community that starting yoga at 60, teaching it, and taking daily care of your wellbeing is entirely possible — regardless of where you're starting from.
