Meet Natalie Graham
Some of our ambassadors have the kind of schedules that make everyone else feel slightly lazy. Today we'd like to introduce you to Natalie Graham — a BBC radio presenter who also runs a record label, manages artists, produces music, sings backing vocals, writes, and hosts. She's one of our UK ambassadors and one of the busiest people we know.
Hi, I'm Natalie, a BBC radio presenter, record label owner, manager, executive producer, backing vocalist, writer and compere.
Being constantly on the go, I always try and take time out to keep on top of my health and fitness, as I sometimes don't know where I'll be from one day to the next! Plus, as I was fast approaching the 40 club, I noticed some unwanted changes especially within my joints.
Kollo couldn't have come at a better time! Since my first week of using Kollo, I've been a fully fledged fan! My nails were the first thing I noticed. The rate at which they grew along with how much stronger they were becoming, followed by an added glow in my complexion (which was desperately needed especially whilst we were all confined to indoors). My hair was breaking less and having struggled with my knees from daily runs, there was also a significant difference with the aches I'd suffered with previously, that simply weren't there any more!
I always knew collagen was an important factor for us all but underestimated just how much. Which is why I simply LOVE LOVE LOVE Kollo! I can't recommend it enough and haven't looked back since. I genuinely call this my one stop shop. It's part of my daily routine. You can pop a sachet in your bag and take it with you when you're on the move. Plus, it tastes soooo good!!!
I can't thank Kollo enough for helping me to feel back on track and giving me that extra energy boost that I often need, along with restoring my confidence in that daily glow.

Why we love working with Natalie
Natalie's schedule is genuinely one of the most demanding of any of our ambassadors — broadcasting, running a record label, managing artists, producing, performing, writing. Her point about not always knowing where she'll be from one day to the next isn't hyperbole; it's the reality of a multi-role career built around music and broadcasting. What we love about Natalie's story is how honestly she describes making health a priority anyway — because for people with unpredictable schedules, consistency in small daily habits is often what makes the biggest difference.
Her mention of noticing changes as she approached 40 is one many of our community will recognise. It's often around this stage that people become more aware of subtle shifts in skin, hair, nails, and joint comfort — which is why so many people start marine collagen at this life stage.
